Jednoduch\u00e1 mo\u017enost, jak se zabavit i pobavit, ale pokud nejste zrovna dovedn\u00ed a va\u0161e \u00farove\u0148 nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e1, tak na sebe nevyvinete pot\u0159ebnou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e k tomu, abyste n\u011bjak\u00fdm z\u00e1sadn\u00edm zp\u016fsobem pos\u00edlili sv\u00e9 svaly nebo srdce. Neopomenula bych mo\u017enost vnit\u0159n\u00edch sport\u016f. P\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed to jist\u00e9 obt\u00ed\u017ee, proto\u017ee u\u017e si jen tak nezajdete s kamar\u00e1dy a m\u00ed\u010dem kdykoli se v\u00e1m zl\u00edb\u00ed na h\u0159i\u0161t\u011b, ale mus\u00edte si domlouvat zap\u016fj\u010den\u00ed t\u011blocvi\u010dny, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b jin\u00fdch prostor\u016f. Nen\u00ed to u\u017e tak jednoduch\u00e9 a n\u011bkdy ani levn\u00e9, ale pokud m\u00e1te s k\u00fdm a opravdu m\u00e1te chu\u0165, nen\u00ed nemo\u017en\u00e9 si jednou za \u010das opravdu prostory zamluvit a vyu\u017e\u00edt je. N\u011bco \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00e9ho je to potom s posilov\u00e1n\u00edm. Pro ty, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou zvykl\u00ed posilovat s vahou sv\u00e9ho t\u011bla je to sice p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed venku, ale kdy\u017e zapoj\u00ed svou kreativitu, tak si mohou ud\u011blat \u00fa\u017easnou posilovnu ze sv\u00e9ho vlastn\u00edho domova!  Pro otrl\u00e9 tu samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nikdy nemiz\u00edc\u00ed mo\u017enost prost\u011b se spr\u00e1vn\u011b obl\u00e9ci a sportovat venku i v zim\u011b. Nejv\u00edce to vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed b\u011b\u017eci, proto\u017ee ti se nemus\u00ed ni\u010deho dot\u00fdkat a t\u00edm p\u00e1dem je nemohou bolet prok\u0159ehl\u00e9 ruce v kontaktu s ciz\u00edmi objekty, ale pokud nejsou teploty vylo\u017een\u011b krut\u00e9, d\u00e1 se venku d\u011blat i spousta dal\u0161\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed.
